Servicing and maintenance

How does our servicing and maintenance package work?

At some point, your van will require a service or MOT. All you need to do is contact our maintenance team, and the rest is all taken care of. This includes:

• Finding the closest approved garage to your home or work address
• Arranging collection and delivery of your vehicle with the respective garage
• Authorising any work on your behalf
• Contacting you with any costs not covered in the contract requiring your authorisation

Servicing - what's covered?

As part of the vehicle's service, the guaranteed maintenance contract will cover (but is not limited to) checking the following:

• Engine oil, and replacing or topping up if required
• Brake pads and discs
• Bulbs
• Fuel, oil, air, and pollen filters
• Spark plugs
• Fluids such as Adblue, brake fluid, engine coolant and windscreen washer fluid
• General servicing vehicle checks, such as testing the battery, checking the suspension system and tyres
• Resetting the service light

Tyres

Tyre fair wear and tear and punctures are both covered under our guaranteed maintenance package. When your tyres reach 2mm tread depth, you can replace them as part of your contract. This is essential to keep you and others safe on the road.

Where a puncture is in the central body of the tyre, we will either repair or replace the tyre. If the sidewall is damaged, it will not be repairable. In this case, the cost of a replacement tyre falls outside of your contract.
