Previous van leasing contracts were coming to an end, as was the deadline for the Government's Super-deduction Tax scheme. Finding a van supplier with stock available with fast delivery was proving difficult.
Protectorcomms' engineers were struggling to transport enough stock and equipment at one time, resulting in inefficient and frustrating repeat trips.
It was feared that using older vans may negatively impact the customer's perception and first impressions.
