New Renault Master E-Tech Set To Hit The Road
The new Renault Master E-Tech is now available to order, with the electrified version of the 2025 International Van of the Year set to be a popular choice with businesses looking to go green with the switch to electric vehicles.
The Master secured the Van of the Year title in September, becoming the fifth model from the Renault range to take the award and the second in a matter of years after the Kangoo Van III in 2022.
The introduction of an electric variant is set to make the Master even more appealing to those in the market for a large van, with a number of number of different factors combining to make it one of the most hotly-anticipated commercial vehicles heading into 2025.
Efficiency
Key for businesses is efficiency, with the Master E-Tech having been designed to go further and carry more – whilst also costing less.
Powered by a 105kW/300Nm motor and an 87kWh battery, the Master E-Tech has a WLTP range of up to 285 miles – a 20% improvement on the previous model – and can be charged from 10% to 100% in just under four hours.
Load-lugging
The Master E-Tech has load spaces of 11 to 14.8 cubic metres, with a 40mm wider opening at the sliding side door and 100mm longer load and is capable of carrying a payload of capacity of up to 1,625kg.
The van is also capable of towing 2.5 tonnes behind, which only heightens the appeal for customers across a range of industries.
Premium
Inside, the Master E-Tech has been designed to provide a more car-like experience behind the wheel for drivers, with a 10 inch screen housing a multimedia system that offers wired and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, with the option of having Google built in on certain trim levels.
As you would expect from an award-winning vehicle, there is no shortage of storage available within the cabin, whilst a set of 20 driver assistance systems will keep you – and the people around you – safe whilst on the road.
