Isuzu D-Max Introduces New Huntsman, Updated Arctic AT35
Isuzu has added a new Huntsman trim level to its D-Max range and updated its hardcore Arctic AT35 model.
The Japanese manufacturer is showcasing the new models at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham alongside the existing Isuzu D-Max range, which received a recent major update.
Isuzu D-Max Huntsman
The D-Max Huntsman – which is based on the flagship V-Cross – has been ‘tailored for forestry and field sports’ and features an accessory pack designed to maximise its off-road and load carrying capabilities.
The primary difference between the Isuzu D-Max Huntsman and V-Cross is the addition of a standard Aeroklas Commercial Canopy and under-rail bed liner to ensure a secure and functional load area.
The Gearmate is a custom-fitted drawer system to safely store hunting rifles and essential gear, as well as keeping them out of sight.
Additionally, the Huntsman has a towbar with 13-pin electrics to capitalise fully on the D-Max’s 3.5-tonne towing capacity, plus a tailgate assist.
From the outset, the D-Max Huntsman is distinguished by its 18-inch black alloy wheels set, General Grabber All-Terrain tyres set and custom black side steps.
Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35
Also on display in Birmingham is the latest version of the Isuzu D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35.
Pitched at those who embark on more serious off-roading, the updates bring the model into line with the latest generation D-Max in terms of design and interior features.
Driving on huge 35-inch all-terrain tyres and Bilstein suspension for unstoppable off-road progress, the D-Max Arctic Trucks AT35 boasts a one-tonne payload and 3.5-tonne towing capacity.
By adopting the same updates as the standard D-Max, the AT35 now comes with Rough Terrain Mode, a 9-inch wireless infotainment screen, wireless charging and a full ADAS safety suite.
